What You'll Do:
Oversee the entire beverage program, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability Manage inventories, ordering, invoices, and financial reporting with precision Oversee daily operations, from the dining room to the kitchen, ensuring quality, consistency, and service that wows Lead, train, and motivate staff—turning good teams into great ones Keep operations smooth by managing schedules, costs, purchasing, and compliance Uphold sanitation, safety, and appearance standards (our places look as good as they taste) Handle guest feedback like a pro—turning a "meh" into a "WOW" whenever possible Collaborate with ownership and corporate staff to meet and exceed goalsWhat You Bring:
2+ years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with scheduling, purchasing, food & beverage cost control, and staff development Comfort with tech—MS Word, Excel, and OpenTable™ ServSafe and Allergen certification Ability to work nights, weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentThe Perks:
