General Manager - Golf Course & Restaurant We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our golf course and restaurant. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys hospitality, customer service, staff development, and business operations in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all golf course and restaurant operations. Manage and develop staff across multiple departments. Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Coordinate leagues, tournaments, events, and outings with golf professional. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and inventory. Handle scheduling, hiring, training, and employee development. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Work closely with ownership to drive growth and profitability

Qualifications:

Required:

Previous management experience in hospitality, golf, food service, retail, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and team management. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Golf industry experience is a plus, but not required.
