Your energetic leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and foster a culture of hospitality and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, fun-loving pizza environment where every shift is an opportunity to delight customers and inspire your team. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth daily functioning Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems (Toast), and safety procedures Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Lead staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members with comprehensive training & development programs Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols effectively Demonstrated ability to train staff, develop teams, and lead with enthusiasm in a fast-paced setting
Pay:
Up to $60,000.00 per year
