Job Description

Bar Manager - The Ocean Club | Martha's Vineyard The Ocean Club is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team for the upcoming season. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in building a strong team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and training the bar team Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls Maintaining high standards for cocktails, service, and cleanliness Collaborating with management on bar programming and operations
Qualifications:
Previous bar management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, seasonal environment Join a dynamic team in one of Martha's Vineyard's most vibrant waterfront settings.
