Restaurant Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality or restaurant management 5+ years' prior management experience in a high volume, full-service and quick-service restaurant environment Availability to work days, nights and weekends Strong leadership and team management skills Plan, organize and execute events including conceptualizing ideas to managing logistics while ensuring a successful event experience for clients and guests Proficiency with financial management and budgeting Actively support a culture of safety which includes food safety, team member safety and customer safety as well as HACCP procedures Wine, spirits, and beer knowledge Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with guests and employees at all levels Proficiency with

system Possess or obtain SERV Safe Food Manager, Alcohol certification, MA Allergen Awareness Certification, and TIPS Certification Working knowledge of all equipment, maintenance and operation including liquor and soda dispensing equipment, and beer systems Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
