Salary:

£45,000• £55,000 per annumWorking pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours (7:30am•4pm)

Lead the full site operation across both outlets (grab & go coffee shop + high-end restaurant)Oversee both front and back of house teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day serviceDeliver a high-quality food and customer experience in a premium workplace settingManage team performance, rotas, and ongoing developmentDrive commercial performance, focusing on speed of service and efficiencySupport the launch and growth of a flagship, multi-faceted siteBuild strong client relationships and ensure expectations are exceededMaintain high standards across health & safety, hygiene, and compliance

Our Ideal Candidate:
