Essential Skills:
Experience in the food service industry

Your Role The Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring that, first and foremost, the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager is expected to build profitable top line sales by developing a team which delivers operational excellence. The ultimate test of their success is the quality of leaders they are able to produce through their internal development system. Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store outlets Takes care of stock, staff, and sales management Oversee Daily Operations
  • Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining Dunkin' Brands and Company standards. Drive Sales & Guest Satisfaction
