We are seeking an experienced front of house manager to provide excellent hospitality and service to our guests and leadership for our staff. Your primary role will be leading the floor, the bar, and flow of the restaurant, while helping provide our guests with an amazing experience that will keep them returning, ensuring that the staff has clear direction. This position is hands-on and the expectation is that you will learn all aspects of our business from the inside out; the ability to multi-task is a must! If you have a passion for good food, and all things hospitality, we want to meet you! This position requires weekends, some days, and nights. assisting in running day to day operations of our restaurant, communicating and connecting the kitchen and front of house, setting a positive example for the team, contributing to all hiring and training of new staff, directing FOH staff in their daily responsibilities, must be responsible, punctual, organized. The right person for this job will make customer service and communication with staff a top priority. You will work hand in hand with our other floor managers and General Manager.
