We are passionate about creating high-quality vegan meals, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and wellness-focused products that help our customers live healthier lives. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and help drive the continued success of our growing business. Position Overview The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring efficient daily production. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a general understanding of small business operations. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations and staff
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen team members
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and food safety regulations
  • Assist with food preparation and production as needed
  • Support front-of-house operations during busy periods or staff shortages
  • Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Contribute ideas for operational improvements and business growth Qualifications
  • Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for healthy food and wellness
  • Experience with vegan or plant-based food is a plus
  • Willingness to assist with front-of-house responsibilities when needed
