Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation Comprehensive training and ongoing development programs Supportive leadership team and inclusive workplace culture Advancement opportunities within an established restaurant group Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications Strong tenure in previous restaurant management roles is a must Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of labor regulations, alcohol service laws, and wage compliance Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences Current ServSafe, Choke Saver, and TIPS certifications (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe) Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience conducting team training and performance reviews Skill in managing labor costs and adhering to budget guidelines Ability to analyze operations and implement effective solutions SAles volume to $4 million annually Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and coach front-of-house staff, ensuring high levels of service and guest satisfaction Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from scheduling to compliance Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing training to set clear priorities and service expectations Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Monitor labor and operational costs, ensuring efficient use of resources Ensure all employees adhere to company policies, standards, and legal requirements Collaborate with management and staff to achieve operational goals This is a rewarding opportunity for a committed leader looking to grow and make a difference in a dynamic hospitality team.
