In charge of beverage program, hiring and training of all front of the house employees, bartenders, servers and cashiers. Manages the day-to-day operational and financial activities to optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Understand and support completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs of the Company. We are looking for a leader with 2+ years of operational experience. Must be comfortable leading front and back of house teams. Must understand budgeting, P&L, forecasting, scheduling.
