We believe going out to the movies should feel more like an 'afternoon with friends' or an 'evening out' with that special person. We are seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The F&B Manager will be responsible for the operation of our kitchen, concessions, and bar, including our self-serve beer wall. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staff, and financial goals. The F&B Manager will report directly to the General Manager and aim to support the overall mission of Warehouse Cinemas by providing an excellent guest experience. Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager and other members of the leadership team, assisting with a range of duties from task planning to staff management Manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Provide and oversee excellent customer service Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders with the highest level of consistency and quality Communicate and build strong working relationships with vendors Ensure strict adherence to WC menus and standard operating procedures Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to any concerns Lead F&B team including supervisors, concessions staff, cooks, and bartenders Recruit, hire, and oversee training for all F&B staff Manage targets, KPI's, and staff schedules Support the WC culture by fostering a positive team-centered environment with a focus on performance Comply with all health and safety regulations Work with the Marketing Team to promote menu items and special events Report to management regarding sales results and productivity
Qualifications:
Ability to work onsite at our facility in Baltimore, MD At least 1 year of food and beverage management experience Prior experience at a movie theater preferred Working knowledge of computers and software skills (MS Office, POS, basic keyboarding) Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed required
Physical Demands:
