Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Hourly Manager, where you will be the driving force behind smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, elevated dining, customer-focused environment. You will oversee shift activities, ensure exceptional food/ wine/cocktails and service, and lead a team of dedicated staff to deliver memorable dining experiences. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold food safety standards, and maintain operational excellence to keep our restaurant running efficiently and profitably. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a positive impact on guests and team members alike. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a collaborative work environment Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency with quality standards and safety regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Ensure compliance with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations at all times Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied with their experience Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within elevated dining restaurant(s) Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems including Toast for efficient transaction handling Experience in inventory control, food safety procedures, and cash handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage team performance Background in hospitality management with Bar/Wine knowledge Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support restaurant operations Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, leading energetic teams, and thriving in a lively restaurant environment!
