We are an airy and vibrant 130-seat bi-level restaurant that showcases traditional Roman cuisine while focusing on carefully sourced Mid-Atlantic ingredients. Highlights include shareable aperitivo snacks and antipasti, handmade pastas, all alongside house cocktails, including a selection of spritzes and negronis, and large Italian-focused wine list. The gorgeous space is anchored by a stunning green marble bar. We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and develop a diverse team by showcasing a charismatic, hospitality-focused demeanor while fostering a caring, supportive culture. The Assistant General Manager is expected to operate in a hands-on fashion that promotes a seamless guest experience by providing warm and friendly service. The Assistant General Manager will work directly with the General Manager to guide daily operations.
