The Shift Lead is responsible for leading hub associates and/or temp workers in warehouse operations and activities including the receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring procedures and operations increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, and systems Good organizational and time management skills Forklift experience High school degree or higher required Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time Must be able to adapt and work in warm and cold temperature environment Must be able to maneuver and access all areas of the warehouse Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and reach with arms Education Apply now
