We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our team at ISH Dining Services. As a CDM, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts in an assigned geographic area, ensuring food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met. Responsibilities:

Manage multiple accounts in an assigned geographic area, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

Experience working as a CDM in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Must be CDM certified Leadership personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable of food safety, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to healthcare facilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pleasant disposition and a passion for working with the geriatric population
