We are looking for an experienced manager with expertise in team management and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strategy that will enable our organization to meet its current challenges as well as to reach new levels of success on a continuing basis. Must have a love for food and people.

Responsibilities:

Increase profitability by increasing sales volume. Manage staff to ensure that the restaurant is well-staffed and running smoothly. Monitor store inventory, ordering and receiving. Be aware of and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure the restaurant meets health code standards when preparing food and serving customers. Manage staff. Scheduling and Payroll processing Ensure a positive dining experience for customers.
