Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced General Manager for an Italian Restaurant & Market to manage the entire operation, including marketing & promotion, hiring, scheduling & managing employees, inventory, food cost, P&L, and improving efficiencies. A minimum of 5 years restaurant management is required. Italian speaking is a plus, but required.
