Duties Assist in managing all aspects of bakery operations, including working alongside of the general manager, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow Supervise and train staff on food preparation, food handling, customer service, and safety protocols to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems Ensure compliance with brand standards Opening/Closing when needed Skills Proven experience as an assistant manager Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Familiarity with POS systems like Toast Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams, training staff, and conducting interviews Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality Join us as an Assistant Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences!
