  • High quality Italian food based on seasonal ingredients and inspired by regional traditions presented in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The wood-fired oven sets the mood and the pizza keeps everyone happy. Lots of appetizers and pizzas on the menu; plus a pasta of the day, a short list of entrees and enticing desserts that build on what our sister business, Piazza Italian Market, already does next door. Our dining room is friendly, not fussy

Accanto is getting ready for a big year, and we're looking for a GM who loves hospitality, leads with confidence, and knows how to build a strong, happy team. We're an Italian from-scratch neighborhood restaurant with a wood burning oven and snout-to-tail POV. We want someone who's comfortable being the steady hand in the building — someone who communicates clearly, jumps in where needed, and keeps both the guest experience and the team's well-being front and center.
What the role looks like:
  • Running the FOH day to day and setting the tone for service
  • Hiring, training, and developing a solid team
  • Keeping standards high without making things complicated
  • Working closely with ownership + the chef on systems, menus, and goals
  • Managing scheduling, ordering, and general operations
  • Hands on management style You might be the right fit if:
  • You've led in a full-service restaurant before (Italian experience is a bonus)
  • You're organized but not rigid
  • You handle pressure well and communicate clearly and calmly
  • You enjoy coaching people and building a culture, not just managing it
