Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize restaurant efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while managing all aspects of restaurant management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards Lead staff training and development to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety regulations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Oversee POS systems such as Toast and OpenTable Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and ensure smooth shift transitions to maximize productivity Monitor food production processes, ensuring quality standards are consistently met across all menu items Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations in both kitchen and front-of-house areas Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Skills Proven management experience within the food industry, particularly in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management to optimize profitability Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications related to food handling and hygiene practices Ability to oversee shift management effectively in a fast-paced environment Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus but not required Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and collaborating with team members Join us as a Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
