As an Assistant General Manager , you will play a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations, supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences while building and developing a high-performing team. Position Overview The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports all aspects of restaurant operations, including service leadership, staff development, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality. The AGM works closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining the high standards that define the Succotash brand.
