Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Dining Discounts An award-winning, high-volume restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of management experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or fine dining restaurants Experience leading high-volume service while maintaining elevated hospitality standards Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style Ability to hire, train, coach, and develop both managers and hourly team members
Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations Lead and develop FOH managers and hourly team members through coaching, mentorship, and accountability Ensure hospitality, service, and operational standards are consistently executed Maintain a visible presence on the floor during service and support the team as needed
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
