Fish Taco is a growing, energetic brand with locations in Bethesda, Cabin John, Tysons Corner, and Falls Church—and we're just getting started! We are specifically hiring for the opening of our new location in Darnestown, MD. We are only a handful of weeks away and are looking for the right candidate to start training in one of our Bethesda locations to be ready for the opening. Your Responsibilities:

Operational Help boost sales through consistency Maintain smooth day-to-day operations with proper staffing Perform inventory; assist with ordering, and receiving Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards consistently Learn, monitor, and analyze all functions of restaurant operations Ensure brand standards, procedures, and guest experience standards are upheld Team & Administrative Manage schedules Train, coach, and motivate teams to deliver outstanding hospitality Nurture positive staff morale
