Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top-tier service delivery. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to uphold quality standards and consistency across all menu items. Manage daily operations, including shift management, inventory control, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting to optimize operational efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor food costs, and implement effective food management strategies to minimize waste and control expenses. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly with a positive attitude. Coordinate kitchen activities with culinary staff to ensure timely food production and delivery in both casual dining and fine dining environments. Conduct staff training sessions focused on food handling, safety protocols, hospitality standards, and operational procedures. Support catering events, banquets, or special functions by managing logistics and ensuring seamless execution. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the restaurant environment. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector; prior experience in quick service & fast food or casual dining is highly valued. Demonstrated supervisory skills with a track record of leading teams effectively in a fast-paced setting. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and reporting purposes. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food safety compliance. Background in fine dining or hotel restaurant environments is a plus; experience with catering or banquet operations is advantageous. Strong leadership abilities complemented by excellent customer service skills; capable of training staff and fostering a positive team culture.
