Guest-first leadership with professionalism Inspire, mentor & develop FOH team Oversee daily operations & service standards Manage scheduling, labor & inventory Partner with chefs on food & beverage quality Support budgeting & cost control Drive revenue while elevating guest experience Build strong guest relationships on the floor Knowledge of wine, cocktails & whiskey 3+ years upscale restaurant management experience
