QSR Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

QSR Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

1 to 3 years in an Assistant General Manager role within quick service or high-volume restaurants exceeding $2M in revenue Consistent job history with solid tenure in recent roles Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring and developing teams Comfort managing financials and driving profit Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

QSR Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

Experience with major burger or chicken concepts such as

Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Taco Bell, White Castle, or Shake Shack QSR Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Operations:

Run daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and cleanliness Execute company systems and standards with consistency Coach, train, and motivate your team to perform at a high level Manage sales, labor, and food costs to hit financial goals Deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve issues quickly
