Job Description

Crumbl - Lanham is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our Lanham location. This role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and building a strong, engaged team while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong business acumen, and is passionate about team development and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth Provide ongoing feedback, performance management, and development plans Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling Operations Management Oversee all day-to-day store operations (front and back of house) Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety, and cleanliness Maintain high product quality and consistency Monitor store activity and ensure efficient workflow Financial Performance Manage and achieve sales, labor, and profit goals Analyze reports and KPIs to drive business decisions Control inventory, ordering, and cost management Support payroll accuracy and labor optimization Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment Ensure consistent brand standards are met Administrative & Compliance Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company policies Communicate effectively with ownership and leadership teams
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR preferred) Experience managing teams of 10-25+ employees Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset Strong attention to detail Proficiency in basic systems (scheduling, reporting, email, spreadsheets)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Schedule:
Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Typical workweek: 50 hours based on business needs
