Requirements/Responsibilities Key Performance Outcomes:

Drive business performance, including managing sales targets, margin goals, and operational costs. Key Responsibilities:

Full-time management of the business with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Oversee the integration, training, and development of team members.
