- Real career growth as the group continues to expandThe RoleAs Assistant General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support all front-of-house operations
- Drive exceptional guest service and handle escalations with professionalism
- Train, coach, and develop a large FOH team
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and daily floor execution
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished dining environment
- Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controlsWhat We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in high-volume upscale or polished casual dining
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
- Experience managing busy services with confidence and composure
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Solid understanding of labor management and operational systemCompensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$85,000- Bonus Potential
