A high-volume, upscale dining destination in National Harbor is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to help lead operations, elevate the guest experience, and support a high-performing team in a polished, energetic environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support all front-of-house operations
  • Drive exceptional guest service and handle escalations with professionalism
  • Train, coach, and develop a large FOH team
  • Manage scheduling, labor controls, and daily floor execution
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished dining environment
  • Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist in financial performance, including sales, labor, and cost controlsWhat We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of management experience in high-volume upscale or polished casual dining
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Experience managing busy services with confidence and composure
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Solid understanding of labor management and operational systemCompensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$85,000
