FOH Manager

Job Details If you are passionate about hospitality and believe in the power of a community gathering space, then we invite you to join the growing service team at Manifest. What started as a morning bakery and coffee spot, has grown into a full service dinner program with a full bar and wine list revolving around small producers. Our community is our fuel and we are looking for someone who believes in facilitating guest relationships. Our team is small but mighty. We need you to bring your leadership to the crew! We are looking for a Manager that has experience in full service restaurants and has prior experience leading a team.

Management candidates should be/have:

Friendly and informative Hard working and detail oriented Knowledgable on wine service and excited to teach and train staff on basics of wine Willing and able to work behind the bar preparing cocktails according to recipes. Experience with creating cocktail menus is a plus A thorough knowledge of culinary terms and ingredients to pair with a weekly changing food menu. Excited to work through a bustling dinner shift engaging with guests and staff to ensure smooth service Manage staff including training, disciplining, and praising behaviors.
