This role manages front-of-house coordination, staffing, budgeting, customer service, vendor relations, and operational efficiency while maintaining the unique culture and brand standards of the brunch concept. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily operations including FOH
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop team members and managers
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operational budgets
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Oversee P&L performance and implement profitability strategies
- Handle guest concerns, escalations, and community reputation
- Coordinate catering, events, and private dining opportunities
- Support marketing, promotions, and local brand presence Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience (brunch or high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership and staff development abilities
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and inventory systems
- Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and hospitality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Preferred Skills
- Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant experience
- Toast POS or similar platform proficiency
- Catering and private event coordination
