Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food service and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back while maintaining efficient restaurant management practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment dedicated to culinary excellence and outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and training new team members to ensure seamless service delivery Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, customer service standards, and ensuring food safety compliance Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist to optimize guest flow and reduce wait times Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; oversee cash handling procedures Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies; coordinate with kitchen management for food presentation and service flow Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with health regulations Assit with restocking inventory for the restaurant on a weekly basis Skills Experience in restaurant industry with a strong background in food service operations and team supervision Extensive knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; adept at cash handling and financial reconciliation Demonstrated ability in managing inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen coordination Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, interviewing, and performance management Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, vendors, and senior management Background in casual dining or quick service & fast food restaurant environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism; skilled in shift management and customer service excellence Join us as a Front of House Manager where your enthusiasm for hospitality will inspire your team and create memorable experiences for every guest.
