Job Description
Job Summary #BonchonWaldorf is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and collaborate directly with ownership and the GM. In this role, you will ensure consistent, high-quality food, maintain top safety standards, and foster an efficient, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time leadership opportunity (35-45 hours/week) for a professional who will make a lasting impact on our hospitality goals. Duties Manage Daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and consistent presentation. Supervise kitchen team members daily and weekly. Work with team on inventory control, ordering, and waste minimization. Implement and enforce food safety and conduct regular sanitation checks. Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service and high customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven kitchen management experience, ideally in quick service or casual dining. ServSafe Manager certification preferred. Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros. Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and shift scheduling. 35-45 hours/week; pay: $16-$19/hour.
