Restaurant Shift Manager

Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and safety. Lead, motivate, and train team members on customer service, POS systems (Skytab), and service procedures. Manage staff, assign tasks, and oversee performance to foster a cohesive team environment. Reconcile cash drawers at shift end. Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain compliance with health codes. Assist in interviewing, onboarding new staff members, and supporting their ongoing training & development to promote growth within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams within casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of service standards and sequence of service. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous management or assistant manager experience; capable of training & developing staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in restaurant experience including kitchen management, catering, bar operations or hotel experience is a plus. $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
