We're looking for a Shift Manager in Training who brings positive energy, strong leadership, and a love for fast-paced restaurant life. If you enjoy leading a team, taking care of guests, and making every shift run smoothly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Shift Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and keep everything running like a well-made pie: Lead shifts and support your team during busy service Keep orders flowing and customers happy Jump in where needed—front of house or back of house Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism Support inventory, food cost, and waste control Uphold food safety and quality standards (ServSafe required) Help train, coach, and motivate team members What We're Looking For 1+ year of restaurant or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Team-first mindset with a positive attitude Basic computer/POS skills Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the U.S. Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive starting pay Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with us A workplace where you're treated with respect and kindness Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Lift up to 80 lbs Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment (hot/cold conditions, fast pace) Additional Details Reports to:
