Job Description
Flying Otter Vineyard & Winery is seeking a part-time Kitchen & Grill Manager for our seasonal tasting room (May-October). This role primarily requires mid-to-late afternoon and evening availability, Thursday through Saturday, with additional hours as needed for special events. Our small commercial kitchen and grill serves small plates and simple, easy-prep meals that complement our estate wines. Responsibilities include overseeing food inventory and daily operations, while actively supporting grill and short-order preparation. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for cooking and experience in grilling, who can ensure efficient operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant kitchen. Additionally, experience in developing menu items that pair well with our wines is highly desirable.
