What You'll Do:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance Train, coach, and develop team members Open and close the store using proper checklists and procedures Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Support scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives Foster a positive, team-first work culture

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience High standards for customer service, store cleanliness and teamwork Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays) Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
