Front of House Manager

Front of House Manager Johnny's on the Lake - Belleville, MI Johnny's on the Lake is looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver a great guest experience every day. If you're someone who can keep things running smoothly, handle a busy floor without breaking a sweat, and still make guests feel like regulars on their first visit—you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations (servers, hosts, bartenders) Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient service Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Train, coach, and motivate FOH staff Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive atmosphere Manage scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

Prior restaurant management experience (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Highly responsible and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
