We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager / AGM to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand standards Monitor prep levels and product quality, including ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles, and other creations Ensure a safe, secure, and well-organized environment Team Leadership Manage, train, and motivate a team of 8-12 employees Create schedules and ensure proper shift coverage Coach, provide feedback, and support employee growth Customer Experience Deliver top-notch, friendly service at all times Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Maintain a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment Inventory & Ordering Order and receive product and supplies Maintain adequate prepared product levels Track inventory and minimize waste Sales & Growth Support upselling, promotions, and local marketing initiatives Engage with the community to drive store success Qualifications 18+ years old Previous food service, retail, or QSR management experience preferred Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to learn quickly and follow systems/processes Energetic, personable, and customer-focused Reliable transportation and flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Ability to work on your feet up to 7 hours/day and lift up to 25 lbs Cake decorating or dessert experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
