This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, lead by example, and grow into a larger management role over time.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily facility operations and guest experience Support, train, and motivate team members Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained Help manage shift coverage, employee performance, and customer concerns Monitor attractions, restaurant operations, and overall facility flow Work closely with management to improve efficiency and drive results
Requirements:
