Requirements:

Demonstrates advanced knife skills and precision food preparation techniques. Oversees preparation and execution of garde manger and cold kitchen items to recipe standards. Ensures accurate recipe execution, portion control, and consistent presentation. Maintains high standards for food quality, freshness, and visual presentation. Prepares composed plates, cold appetizers, salads, sauces, and specialty items with attention to detail. Coordinates proper storage, labeling, rotation, and handling of all food products. Assists in managing prep production for daily service, catering, and banquet events. Supervises station organization, cleanliness, and inventory readiness throughout service. Supports hot line operations including preparation of proteins, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and reductions when needed. Ensures proteins are cooked and handled according to food safety and quality standards. Maintains efficiency and organization in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Leads by example in sanitation, teamwork, and kitchen safety procedures. Must be at least 18 years of age. Current ServSafe certification required.
