The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, sports, cocktails and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers and bartenders, fostering a positive culture and team environment. Assist in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Handle cash and end-of-day operations accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food preparation and production meet quality standards. Experience in Toast POS system is a must for efficient order management and reporting. Address and remedy guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in and Implement strategies to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Experience 2 years experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong background in culinary practices or food production is advantageous. Proven cash handling experience with a focus on accuracy and accountability. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with Toast POS point-of-sale systems is a must. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
