Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and financial responsibilities. This role involves managing a team of servers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall ambiance of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support:
Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar and dining areas.
Financial Management:
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Help manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports. Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotions to enhance profitability.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers and bartenders. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints or inquiries. Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and retention. Organize and oversee special events or promotions to attract new customers.
Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives. Utilize social media and local advertising to promote the restaurant/bar. Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant/Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of restaurant management, customer service, and financial principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
