In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance. Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding food service and customer satisfaction. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Conduct staff training sessions on food safety, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to promote continuous improvement. Monitor budget adherence, control costs related to food production and labor, and implement strategies for profitability. Supervise shift management activities, including resolving customer concerns promptly and maintaining a lively yet professional atmosphere. Experience Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a focus on food service management. Extensive background in supervising restaurant staff with skills in interviewing, training & development, and team management. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management practices. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures. Previous roles involving inventory control, budgeting, food safety compliance, and hospitality management are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead in high-volume settings like hotel restaurants or banquet facilities is advantageous.
