Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of the restaurant industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase sales and profits. Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. Develop marketing plans to promote the restaurant.
