Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations. Plan and develop innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in line with fine dining expectations. Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and consistency across all dishes. Skills Extensive experience in the culinary field with a focus on fine dining or restaurant management. Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and supervising staff.
