The ideal candidate will bring a passion for food, exceptional management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, training staff, and ensuring smooth shift execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the culinary excellence and operational success of our restaurant while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to meet brand standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen area Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and service quality Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during shifts and handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally Assist in budgeting, labor scheduling, and cost control initiatives to optimize restaurant profitability Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and reinforce best practices in food handling and hospitality management Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development responsibilities Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling procedures Background in fine dining or casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; previous experience in hospitality management preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently during shift management in a high-volume setting Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not required; leadership skills are essential for success in this role Join us as a Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with energy and enthusiasm!
