In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize service efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence all aspects of restaurant management while working in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to ensure top-tier service delivery Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality standards are met consistently across all menu items Manage daily operations including shift scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor kitchen and dining areas to uphold cleanliness, safety protocols, and efficient workflow in both casual dining and fine dining environments Control inventory levels to minimize waste while ensuring the availability of ingredients and supplies for smooth service Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food handling procedures, and operational standards Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking sales performance and controlling costs related to food production and labor Skills Extensive experience in food service management within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining settings Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS for transactions and reporting Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams, conducting interviews, and developing staff through training & development initiatives Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Sound understanding of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high operational standards Experience with budgeting, cost control, and food management strategies within the hospitality industry Familiarity with catering services or banquet operations is a plus Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.
