THE PAY:
BASE PLUS TIPS
Yes, you heard us right. Here, we don't believe in the 'front of house' or 'back of house'.... at Noodlepig, there is only one house. Therefore, and in a nod to the 'Japanese Way' that no job is above any another, we offer universal tip pooling. We distribute tips equally based on hours worked in that pay period. • The posted $22+/hr average is calculated with a $17/hr base pay plus $5/hr+ in tips. Pay advancement comes with proficiency in our departments, positive/upbeat attitude, and a strong work ethic.

CASTING CALL
We are casting for an experienced and outgoing rockstar leader to join our band here at
NOODLEPIG!
As a unified cast, the Stage Director / Manager will lead the team to create a 5-star level culinary experience for each guest by exemplifying our Core Values in every interaction. At NOODLEPIG, we have each other's backs and no job role is above another. Managers will be cross-trained in all roles and be able/willing to hop into any role as needed to help out: Able and willing to hop into any department as needed to help out (beverage, cashier, line cook, food prep, dishwashing, and/or table bussing and customer service. Server, beverage, and cash register Assemble ramen bowls and other menu items to order, working on our open-kitchen line Ability to work and operate cooking equipment (i.e. fryer, ovens, cooktop ranges…etc.) Food prep (we are a scratch kitchen), following SOP / recipes Ability to help explain and educate customers about our menu, Table Service - food running Table bussing, cleaning, and periodical dishwashing 'Making it the best part of their day'
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a restaurant Minimum 2-year restaurant management experience required Manager ServSafe and alcohol server certification is required Kitchen/culinary experience is a huge plus Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift Ability to be mobile in a walk-in refrigerator with temperatures ranging from 40° F to 0° F.
